1. Full Upfront Payment
Pay the total cabin price in full at the time of ordering.

2. Non-Refundable Partial Payment Plan
Start your order with a non-refundable deposit, which secures your materials and reserves your place in the production schedule.
Deposit Amounts by Size
8×8: $6,500 deposit
8×10: $7,438 deposit
8×12: $8,375 deposit
8×16: $10,000 deposit
8×20: $11,625 deposit
8×24: $13,250 deposit
Your deposit is applied toward the total price of your selected cabin size, with the remaining balance due within 45 days of your deposit date. The balance must be paid in full before delivery can be scheduled.
Important Notes
Production typically begins within 1–2 weeks after your deposit clears.
All deposits become final and non-refundable once production begins, as materials and labor are allocated specifically for your build.
If the remaining balance is not received within 45 days, your order will be canceled and your deposit forfeited.
Delivery scheduling begins only after full payment and delivery fees are received.
