SLANT (8x10) - Partial Payment

By selecting this option, you are choosing the Partial Payment Plan for your 8×10 SHELTRIX or SLANT cabin kit. This plan allows you to begin your build with a $6,000 non-refundable deposit, which secures your materials, labor allocation, and position in the production schedule.

Your deposit is applied toward the total purchase price of $11,900, with the remaining $5,900 balance due within 45 days of the deposit date. The remaining balance must be paid in full before delivery can be scheduled.

If the balance is not received within 45 days, your order will be automatically canceled and your deposit forfeited. Because every Anderson North cabin is built to order to ensure material availability and accurate scheduling, all deposits are final and non-refundable once production begins, even if an order is paused, delayed, changed, or canceled for any reason.

This payment option was created to make Anderson North cabins accessible to customers who prefer a lower upfront cost while maintaining fairness, sustainability, and responsible small-business production practices.
