This plan allows you to begin your build with a $5,000 non-refundable deposit, which secures your materials, labor, and position in the build schedule. The deposit is applied toward the total purchase price of $9,500, with the remaining $4,500 balance due within 45 days of the deposit date and required to be paid in full prior to delivery.
If the balance is not received within 45 days, your order will be automatically canceled and your deposit forfeited. Because each cabin is built-to-order to ensure material quality and production scheduling, all deposits are final and non-refundable once production begins, even if an order is paused, canceled, or delayed.
