• Pre-cut, pre-labeled structural panels (floor, roof, end walls)

• Interior & exterior sanded plywood sheathing

• Insulation: rigid foam (floor) + fiberglass/foam batt (walls/roof)

• Roofing: corrugated metal panels + ridge cap + roofing screws

• Pre-framed door and 24″×36″ window openings (hardware/windows/doors not included unless you add them)

• Hardware pack (structural screws, brackets, adhesives, underlayment, house wrap)

• Step-by-step build manual with jigs/templates guidance

• All kits are built-to-order for quality and material availability

What’s not included

• Foundation/site materials: deck blocks/pavers/gravel/concrete

• Tools: drill/driver, saw, ladder, level, PPE

• Utilities: electrical, plumbing, heating, stove jack (future add-ons)

• Delivery fee: invoiced separately (see Delivery below)

• Door opening: 32″ × 80″ (prehung door optional add-on)

• Insulation: Rigid foam underfloor + batt/foam in walls/roof

• Roofing: 12″ corrugated metal with ridge cap

• Assembly: DIY, 1–2 people, typically 1–2 weekends

• Positioning: stronger than a tent, more affordable than a traditional cabin

Payment & terms for bundles

• Full payment upfront is required for bundles.

• Single-unit orders may use a $5,000 non-refundable deposit, but bundles are pay-in-full only.

• Orders are built-to-order; once production begins, sales are final.

• At checkout you’ll sign our Terms of Service, confirming site prep, permits, and safe assembly are the buyer’s responsibility.
