Foundation materials (deck blocks or pavers), tools (drill, saw, ladder, PPE), utilities (electric, water, heat), and delivery fees.

Payment & terms for bundles

• Full payment upfront is required for bundles.

• Single-unit orders may use a $5,000 non-refundable deposit, but bundles are pay-in-full only.

• Orders are built-to-order; once production begins, sales are final.

• At checkout you’ll sign our Terms of Service, confirming site prep, permits, and safe assembly are the buyer’s responsibility.
